I am having serious issues with this phone in receiving calls. The light do flashes but it doesn't ring, also when I answer I hear nothing. the phone becomes deaf & dumb. To overcome this I always need to remove the battery then it seems to work okay. Can anyone help me to know if it has anything to do with apps or its an in-built error???

Tod on 21-02-12 says :

i am actually frustrated with this phone, it always echo's when i talk to someone! They do hear me twice every time. The app's take long long years to get load, i have no words to define my frustration. It's only a nice looking phone when it comes to text, i have to turn it sideways coz it mess up with its straight posture as it doubles letters or misses them! I've had it from 2 mths and want to change to the iPhone, it's pathetic.
