I just got Galaxy S2, the phone in itself is fanrastic except its has very poor signals, i dont get any more than 2 bars in 3G even though my other same network htc nexus one gets full signals. other then this, It is GREAT , very fast.

Overall S2 is a good mobile but due to carrying Andriod 2.3.3, it has got 2 pitfalls:- i )It requires to have a gmail account for proper functioning. Once for the first when I gave it my gmail credentials, my device got open for everyone to check my emails. How hard was this for them to password protect the mail inbox? huh.. ii) I have an IMAP account organised through the built in "Mail" programs. when I send messages from this program, it copies to a local \"Sent\" folder, and there is no way to specify a remote IMAP folder (e.g. "INBOX.Sent"). So then, I try to move messages manually between the local "Sent" and the IMAP "INBOX.Sent" folder, it appeared to work fine, but when I check from another IMAP client (e.g. MS Outlook), I don\'t see those messages in \"INBOX.Sent\". I think if these limitations are put on to address, it would surely be the best handset for a businessman especially due to its wide screen and feather like weight.

Bob on 08-02-12 says :

Battery is not that much bad as compared to other phones I have used. But it starts dropping quickly when using it for games and browsing internet. All modern smartphones have this problem though and in the S II also despite having all that dual core powerwhich is excellent at managing its battery.
