The new HTC Windows Mobile 7 smartphone could be unveiled on September 15th 2010. HTC is in fact gearing up to reveal the HD3 at an event in London next week. It has been widely reported that the manufacturer will launch the Windows Mobile 7-based smartphone in the capital on September 15th 2010. This phone is packed with an eight-megapixel camera with two LED flashes, a 1.5GHz ARM-based processor and 4.5-inch touchscreen display - the device is seen as a rival to handsets such as the Apple iPhone 4.
Furthermore, the HTC HD3 is expected to have 1GB of RAM and 32GB of space for owners to store their games, music, pictures and videos. The device is a follow-up to the HTC HD2, which ran the Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional operating system and included a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Although it still measures up well to many of the latest smartphone releases, the HD2 is available with no upfront cost from £24 per month on Vodafone.
