Nokia has by mistake revealed the Nokia N8 that will be available online from 23 September. In buying up Ad Word space from Google the company has revealed that we Brits should be able to get some sign from Nokia's website, a whole week before its general release.
The Nokia N8 has slowly amidst some confusion over its release date, with the arrival being pushed back further and further then finally brought forward. With its anodised aluminum case, 12MP camera and HDMI-output the N8 is to be the flagship of Nokia's smartphone range and also the first standard-bearer of Symbian 3.
Featuring also a 3.5-inch OLED touchscreen with pinch-to-zoom capability Nokia is resting its hopes on the N8 being able to keep up with the likes of the HTC Desire and Apple iPhone 4. This of course remains to be seen, and if this news turns out to be correct, the comparisons can begin a whole lot earlier than expected.
